That thing about The Departed

Nope. Haven't watch it yet.

Just realized its name, similar to Infernal Affair, has a religious origin.

"Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen."

~ From a Catholic prayer for the souls in Purgatory. Times.com: Faithful Departed

So like Infernal Affair, the lowest level of hell in Buddhism, the Departed is about souls in Purgatory I supposed.

Oh man. Can't wait to watch it.

Argh.

How does it feel like when you are smoking cigarettes 24/7?!

MILD? TRANSIENT?!

Wonder how long does it take for Darwinism to occur....

Like devloping gills to filter the air...

We gonna need it in the future anyway.

The thought of many

A continent imperiled by diseases, poverty and conflicts.

Everyone knew about it, felt about it, but seldom do anything about it.

Maybe it's not right to say this, since I aint a meliorist myself.

But many a times, a thought comes to mind -

I shall do this and that for them. Yet, it never quite materialize.

Just like the thoughts of many.

...

Maybe it's time to be less of a misanthrope.

The pollyanna in me agrees...

"Procrastination gives you something to look forward to."

There is a saying that life is just like looking through a rose-coloured glass,

or simply - La vie en rose.

Ain't sure about the rosy part, but it certainly is one compelling glass orb.
