Freedom is not a human right conferred by Heaven. Nor does the freedom to dream come at birth: it is a capacity and an awareness that needs to be defended. Moreover, even dreams can be assailed by nightmares.

Well.. as someone proclaimed... procrastination is a form of .. er hem.. arts...
I realized it's like an epidemic... it's really infectious.
What'z worse... is no one knows how it spread around. Whoz the "host"?
ErM.. M I really caught up by the avian flu frenzy?
The bottom line is.. since procrastination is spread around.. it's never entirely your own fault for shirkin away.
Laaa... yeah... I am juz tryin to find excuses for my laziness...
Guyz.. know many are meeting deadlines OR havin exams soon.. so good luck~
Gotta debugged~
A song that I've listened to on board SQ2 - Singapore Airlines flight back to Hong Kong. Is really relevant to most of us.
Lyrics:
Where is the moment we need at the most
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost
They tell me your blue skies fade to grey
They tell me your passion's gone away
And I don't need no carryin' on
You stand in the line just to hit a new low
You're faking a smile with the coffee to go
You tell me your life's been way off line
You're falling to pieces everytime
And I don't need no carryin' on
Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day
You had a bad day
Well you need a blue sky holiday
The point is they laugh at what you say
And I don't need no carryin' on
You had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day
(Oh.. Holiday..)
Sometimes the system goes on the blink
And the whole thing turns out wrong
You might not make it back and you know
That you could be well oh that strong
And I'm not wrong
So where is the passion when you need it the most
Oh you and I
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost
Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
You've seen what you like
And how does it feel for one more time
You had a bad day
You had a bad day
P.S. Seriously, you can't blame Singapore Airlines for charging more when you have 60 movies and 255 albums to choose from. PLUS other TV programs, radio channels and more than 30 games... is a wonder how people can SLEEP on the flight. Such a contrast to other airlines.

Is this really it?
Well... my dad used this term when he asked me how sure am I on what I am doin.
The way he termed it is kinda intimidating.
For those who do not know, I've asked for a semester of deferrence from NUS. This meant that currently I am an undergraduate in BOTH NUS and HKU.
But after this semester, it would be different. There are two options:
1) To stay in HKU
2) To go back to NUS
I've always thought HKU would be where I wanna be. For those who know me, you should know how much I wanna do journalism.
Yet... I would have to say I am very disappointed with how things were in HKU. Maybe NUS has such a good system of teaching, lecturers and technology... that HKU seems really bad.
OK... I would have love the environment that HK provides me with... but the institution is ... well.. kinda disappointing. And till now, what I learnt is really similar to what is taught in NUS. And waz worse is the lecturers are not even as good!
SO... is back to the question... will I regret if I stay in HKU since my deferrence ends this semester.
Many think I am goal-oriented... with a great sense of direction.. passion... blah blah blah...
but what if this is a mistake?
I am not afraid to make mistakes. Thaz what life is make up of.
And at the end of the day... I've to ask myself... am I really going towards "the point of no return"?

The Chinese Heritage Centre at Nanyang Technological University. (awww... any "fond" memories" for those in NTU? :p) Actually, it looks kinda nice at night.
Or maybe it's just because I don't study there so everything seems more pleasant.
Haa~
ANYWAY... I still can't believe I am SO STUPID. How can I get the date wrong?
Sorry.. guyz... for those who do not know... I AM IN SINGAPORE NOW~

Kinda angry about my irreconcilable stupidity.
