Hahaaa...You think this is juz a common bowl of noodles plus luncheon plus egg... NO! You are wrong. This is a bowl of noodles from the most common HK "Tea Restuarants". Haa.. Is a "MUST TRY" when you go to HK. Juz to get a feel of being a local.. normally, my brother will eat THIS + French toast + Lemon Coke.. Oh.. did I tell you "tea restuarants" are veri pervasive in HK.. open about almost all the time.. (does it ever close??) n they multi-task all dishes (from Japanese to chinese to western to even Portuguese dishes.. or so they say... ) In fact, there is a sayin... if someone multi-task a lot of things... he is juz like a "tea restuarant". Jack of all trade but master of none... Haha~
