Isn't there such a saying? The older people grow, the more nostalgic they become?

It's like beginning to live in the past. Older people always have this syndrome. Those in their twilight years. It's not that hard to understand... since there must be a point in life when you realize that the future is nothing but a route to the inevitable - Death.

I mean.. that's when people begin to look back. That's when the future is no longer a valid path.

Erm.. why am I saying this?

Seriously, I have no idea. It's just a random thought. But that doesnt mean people our age don't look back in the past. I believe it's a form of escape. It's like telling yourself about the better times so you can forget about now.

Dwelling in the past and showing contempt to the current situation. Maybe.. everyone do that. But then again... guess everyone just accepts that. It's just parts and parcels of life.

But why?

Why just accept that? Is it neccessarily preordained?

There must be something we can do if we want to. The question is.. how much are you willing to do to get there?
